India Healthcare Partner is a facilitation service that helps patients find hospitals in India and plan their journey. It is not a hospital and does not give medical advice. This policy explains what information the app and website handle.

1. Information you give us

When you send an enquiry, you may enter your name, country, the treatment you need and a short description of your problem. This information is not sent to our servers by the app. The app opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready, and it reaches us only when you press send there. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

2. Information stored on your device

The app does not save your personal details on your device. Like any website, your browser may keep a temporary copy of the site's pages so it opens faster and works offline. You can remove it by clearing the app's data or browser data.

3. Hospital search and Google services

When you search for hospitals or stays in a city, the app sends your search (treatment and city) to Google Maps Platform (Places API) to fetch listings. Google processes this request under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. The "Check price" link opens Google's hotel search for that place. Opening a hospital on a map or calling through links uses Google Maps, WhatsApp or your phone dialler, which have their own policies.

4. What we do not do

The app has no user accounts or advertising. We do not sell your information. We do not use analytics or tracking tools in the app. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Hosting

The website is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security and operation.

6. Sharing

If you send us an enquiry, we may share the details you provide with hospitals or service providers only to prepare an opinion, quotation or travel arrangement for you, and only for that purpose. Hospital details shown in the directory come from Google Maps and listed hospitals are not partners until an agreement is signed.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to delete an enquiry you sent, or correct it, by contacting us below. You can clear locally saved data at any time from your device settings.
